A Step by Step Guide
Step 1: Join the DVSEd Schools Network
Schools email mathura@dvsproperty.com to enrol.
A member of our team confirms the school’s enrolment.
Step 2: Introduce the Programme to Students
Schools inform their Year 12 cohort about the DVSEd programme (e.g., through assemblies).
Supporting resources and videos are available on the Resources page to help schools deliver materials.
Step 3: Monitor Student Progress
Throughout the academic year, schools track Year 12 students’ achievements across the 10 Award areas.
Step 4: Submit Award Winners
In May, schools submit their Award winners, following these criteria:
- Only Year 12 students are eligible.
- Only one student per Award can be selected.
For each Award winner, schools provide:
- Winner’s Name
- Email address (for e-vouchers – can be the student’s or teacher’s email)
- Reason why the student has won
- Each student may only win one award
Step 5: Celebrate at the End-of-Year Ceremony
Teachers and students are invited to an end-of-year ceremony where Awards are presented.
Schools are encouraged to write a letter to each winner explaining why they have won. This has proven to be a meaningful keepsake for students.
Ongoing Support
A member of our team will support schools throughout the process and provide guidance on timelines.
Future Enrolment
Onboarding for the 2025/26 programme will close on 14th October 2025. If your school would like to join the 2026/27 programme, please email mathura@dvsproperty.com to express your interest.
